Casualty

Casualty is situated in building No. 2 centrally. The casualty has 40 beds, out of which, cardiac care unit has 5 beds , Emergency labour ward has 3 beds, Trauma unit has 12 beds and general casualty comprises 20 beds.

Casualty deals with all medico legal and emergency activities.

At present ,casualty has 8 working CMO’s. The casualty attends all emergency patients at any time, after opd hours are over, all patients irrespective of stable or unstable are attended in casualty.

The casualty is well equipped with ventilator, multipara monitors, pulse oxymeters, defibrillators,central oxygen and suction.

The casualty has well equipped minor operation theatre which works 24 hours
