Central Clinical Laboratory

Central Clinical Laboratory (CCL) of the hospital is situated in the newly built centrally air conditioned premises situated on ground floor near building No.3. Investigative support is rendered by CCL in specialties such as Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Hematology & Clinical Microbiology for round the clock patient care as well as research activities of the hospital.

Sample collection for OPD patients is carried out in CCL after registration and the respective reports are dispatched at OPD dispatch counter. IPD samples collected from various wards & ICU are processed in CCL followed by reporting and dispatch. Various sections of laboratory are well equipped. Various types of tests reported by Central Clinical Laboratory are backed by regularly run internal and external quality control programs.
