“World ORS week” from 25th July 2023 to 30th July 2023
Department of Paediatrics, Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College & General Hospital under guidance of Dr. Sanjay Natu, Professor & HOD celebrated “World ORS Week” from25th July 2023 to 30th July 2023. On this occasion various activities were conducted in department. To spread the awareness regarding ORS use in diarrhea & to emphasize its role in preventing dehydration a skit was performed by interns in pediatric OPD & OBGY, ENT, Ophthal OPD complex. Live demonstration of preparation & storage of ORS was also done at pediatric OPD where patients, attendance & visitors were also taught how to prepare ORS at home (Home based ORS).
